Bruce Henderson has been acting for over 10 years in various small and student based film projects, with some theatre, TV, comedy and puppet based activities. You are welcome to visit this website and have a wee look around.
Bruce is also a filmmaker, working with a small team, to develop and deliver self generated and commissioned film projects. He is the founder of the FIFE Films and No Budget Low Budget Films projects, seeking to bring film makers together to help to create a financially viable nano/micro budget film sector.
Recent filming has included TV advert for Granham's Ice Cream, the "Bordenko" project, BBC's Crime Watch and election coverage, The Body Merchants (a documentary on Burke & Hare), experimental Jurassic Park project with New Media Scotland (as Dr Alan Grant) and various student drama pieces, mainly as the lead actor. He has been a featured artist in the BBC's Garrow's Law and River City as well as being featured in photoshoots for a Glasgow City Council public awareness campaign and the Scotrail Sleeper service.
In theatre, he was a lead actor in the musical "Sweet Charity" at Carnegie Hall, Dunfermline - complete with his own song, lead actor in a play at the 2009 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and has taken part in things like Funny in Falkirk in 2010. He is also an entertainer - as a Clown, Pirate, Mad Hatter and Neptune, with Maisie Peebles - and does a month long high quality Santa project every December, bringing joy to lots of families each year (www.santvisit.christmas).
Bruce provides comedy, drama, puppetry, voices and commitment to any role.
